Hello khiali,

I have provided HO with reference letters from 4 employers.
My letters look like the following:

To Whom it may concern:

Name, job tittle/role, start date, end date

Duties and Resposabilities

Achievements

Employer signature.
Employer Job tittle.

Dont forgot to include in your letters that your job requires graduate level or equivalent qualification. Also, don't make it too long and boring, try to be objective and very clear about your activities, I guess one or two pages will do just fine.

Hope it helps!
Good Luck!
L.

my own references went went like this

very short letter from employer giving the following info:

+Confirmation that I worked/work in the organization

+Dates of recruitment (& leaving if applicable)

+Graduate level/full time status

+Duties and Resposbilities (attached)

+Stamped/signed copy of newspaper ad at time of recruitment (attached)

+Breakdown of gross salary for relevant months

pls note that reference letter itself is about half a page + 2 attachment as specified above, (the letter says job resposiblity and newspaper ad are attached separately)

hope this helps

I have worked for 3 different companies.

1- First compnay was before my graduation but the work experience was equivlant to the graduation level job. Actually it happend that I finished all of my engineering courses in 2000 and started job in August 2000 but I was having a failure in one exam which I took in 2002 so in this way I graduated in 2002 but I started my actual job in 2000 and also that company is closed now. I have talked with the CEO of the company and according to him he still has the letter head of the company and he can issue me new letter.

2- I have already got jonb experience letter from my second employee and it has the following details.

To Whom it may concern:

Name, job tittle/role, start date, end date, worked as a permanat employer

Duties and Resposabilities

Achievements

Employer signature.
Employer Job tittle.

wordings like Graduate level job and full time employer is not written in the letter. But if needed, I would request my employer to add few more words.

3- I still need to make the draft for third experience and I think in this letter I can add graduate level job, full time employer and all other relevant stuff.

Note: I am applying on the basis of 4 years Graduate level work experience and thats why I am just focusing to have the standard experience letters as per the desired format.

Looking forward for some further advice. If there is any one in this group who have got HSMP on the basis of graduate level work experience and would like to forward the sample draft then it would be great assistance.

Thanks

I think in order to claim points for Senior/Specialist Level you have to should gains on the past earnings category... It's not listed as rule, but I don't know about anyone who got this points without claiming points for past earnings...

yes, i also agree with you thats why i posted message here to seek some advice. Anyways, apart from this fact, I would like to try my luck as I`ll not get this chance after 28 years of age.

Just wishing to have perfect letter drafts at least.
