Hi,

I got my HSMP on 17/04/2007.

I had entered UK on 28/04/2007.

I got visa and my visa is valid till 17/04/2012.

Hoping that ILR qualifying period will be 5 years for the people already having extension, can some one throw light on when could i apply for ILR.

Also, please remember that i entered 11 days after the visa date.

Currently, I think that you may apply for settlement between Saturday, 31 March 2012 and 17/04/2012.
