Applying for SET(M) in Person - what meeting consists of?

Hi,

My wife and I will shortly be applying for ILR as we have been married for 2 years on a spouse visa. We have plenty of documents (mostly addressed to us separately), but we were curious, if we apply in person, what actually happens in the meeting?

Any comments from people who have been through the process is appreciated.
