my friend twice caught in speed camera and the authority sent NIP [notice of intended proscution] letters . but he didnt accpted or responded. he moved that address after a while but kept checking any further letters coming to that address. this happened 2 years ago and so far he didnt receive any letters after that. he recently got a full license with no points endorsed. the question is he is due to apply for ILR. will there be anything in UKBA database. although he didnt receive any warning letters from them.
if it had been gone to the court without his knowledge, it would have reflected on his license. doesnt it?
