Need Help on PBS APPENDIX 1

Hi All,
i have some doubts in pbsappendix filling please help me. Please see the below list(I am applying from india).

1. In section 4.7->"earnings in pounds sterling " what should i fill. The conversion of my salary from INR to GBP or salary equivalent to UK.
as the conversion is just
X(GBP)=Y(INR)*ConversionRate
but equuivalent salary is
X(GBP)=Y(INR)*ConversionRate*(5.3(for Band D Countries)).

2.Part 7 Maintenance funds.what should i fill the amount is it the 2800GBP or the 250000 INR(which i have actually) or conversion of 250000 to GBP.which one of these three. I dont have any dependents.
