can you advise me which documents should i submit to embassy?
is it treated new point system or old.

and can i change college after getting appeal allowed.
because college is no longer offering MSC now.

When was your appeal allowed?? Have you received any letter from embassy after receiving the decision letter from AIT? If not, then you may have to wait for upto 8 weeks to receive that letter. It will be mentioned in that letter that what documents you have to submit.

Of course you can change your college. However you should take admission in a college/university that is a valid college/univ for your course and is not blacklisted. Otherwise you will again be REFUSED.
