change in spouse points

I heard that there is some change in spouse points i.e. u can get 10 points for spouse education and also 10 more points for her/his experience. Is anybody has some details?

No. Its 10 points for spouse with evidence being either one of educational certificates or formal documentation verifying graduate level work experience as applicable not both. Sorry.
