Hi Sunshine,

Can you tell me that you were issued refusal letter in Jan-2009 and its July now. How much money have you spend so far on ur appeal and all this fight with HO?

so far i spend £1500 pound and don't know how much i have to spend more......if u want to know any thing else then let me know

Have you been to any appeal hearing so far?
Have you been to your home country since January?
Do you know if anyone has been stopped at Airport linked to CCL and what happened if they were stopped and interrogated?

yes i been to hearing in feb.

I was stopped on airport 2 years ago and they took my interview and let me go

No i didn't been to my country seen they refuse my visa. i advice not to go until u sort this out

Please note that if you travel to your country while your appeal is pending, the appeal is authomatically dismissed and that could lead to deportation. Please do not travel now.

Be honest chances are 0%. if u want more time here then go 4 appeal. this is true and its up 2 u, u want to accept or not.

Ex CCL student will not be able to extend their visas any more (that what i think)
