Tier 1 extension (from HSMP)

I am on HSMP and applying for extension under Tier 1 (General).
When we fill the application which section should I use 3 B or 3 C?

You have to fill up Section 3C.

Please go through the Page 30 carefully. It should take you to Section 3C.

Follow the route chart

in the application carefully and you will end up at the right sections.

Is it not clear on Page 30 in application as below:

C) Is the applicant currently in the United Kingdom under:
Tier 1 (General) or the Self-Employed
Lawyers Concession or the Writers,
Composers and Artists provisions of the
Immigration Rules
- go to Section 3B
The Highly Skilled Migrant Programme - go to Section 3C
