waiting for tier 2 visa

Hello,
Has anyone applied for tier2 visa from Bangalore recently? How long does it take?
Is there a way to speed up the process once we submit visa application?

In uk tier2 takes 4-5weeks once u apply...

in india we know that they are approved faster.. so untill u get clear reply.. u can take it as around 3weeks.. just 4 an idea
