Tier1 Dependent visa convertion

I wanna convert my present visa and wanna dependent to my spouse , she is on Tier 1 , she has got her entry clearence from India and I am here on PSW . can i become her dependent in Uk or do I need to travel to Uk .If I go to India Can I go to any british high commission or do i need to go my nearest one near my home town.

You need to go to your home country to become her dependant.
