Urgent query...please help

I am making an application for Tier 1 (G) but just have one query if anyone can help?

For dependent funds requirement; do I have to include my new born (who is born in UK four months ago)....if yes; how would calculation works for him...?

Me, my wife and my one son had already been in UK for more then 2 years.....so would that be (800 + 533 X 2) = 1866GBP OR (800 + 533 X 3) = 2399 GBP......

Can anyone help?

41. If the same Tier 1 migrant and his family had been present in the UK for two years, they would require evidence that they held £2399 (£533 x 3 = £1599 + £800) in available funds.

I was in a simlar situation. I was on HSMP approved in Dec 2007. I applied for Tier 1 (Gen) extension on Jul 28th 2009. I went to croydon for in-person appointment.

I , my wife and elder daughter were in UK for more than 4 years. My second daughter was born in May 3rd 2009.

When i applied i showed the maintenance fund of 2399 ( 800 + 3 * 533).
My extension was approved for 3 years.

So, go for 2399.
