Using 2 year old photo for Tier 1 extension

Post by hsmp_1476 » Wed Aug 05, 2009 2:34 pm

I know its a stupid question, but thought of asking it anyways as it might save some time.

I have the photographs taken close to 2 years back for HSMP visa. Now that I am due for an extension, can I use the same photos? As per the guideliens, I know that they cant be older than 1 month.

Has anyone tried this and got their extension successfull?

Thanks
Vikram

saving £5or for that matter £10 and risking £820 for me looks like a very high risk/reward ratio, which I doubt any rational thinking person would advise you to do.

Applicants here make mistakes un-knowingly but if you think of doing other way round, i say take a break n come back,
HO checks that all their requirements spelt on Guidance are matched by applicant.. HO even have Photograph guidance so NOW you can decide..

Hi
Why planning to spend 1500 on solicitor instead of spending 3.99 on photograph? It's your choice
