Visit Visa - P{arents Urgent Help needed

Post by dnshah2k » Mon Aug 10, 2009 9:35 pm

Hi

Im currentlyon tier 1 generalrecently extended and would like to invit my mom on family visa to meet and spend holidays with us.

I have send my support and declaration documents in original with my home office letter and my council tax bill

The property which i'm renting is 1 large bed room,1 reception, 1 Spam and bathroom, living with my wife and my 2 kids of age 10.

Now I'm worried that can my mom be refused based on overcrowding reason.

She is visiting me on family visa for 4 to 5 weeks.

urgent reply as she is applying tommorrow

It'd overcrowded I'm afraid.
Best to rent out a bigger place then apply for the visa with the new tenancy agreement.

Or book them in your local B&B, whichever is cheaper!
