2. Select u category form the list which applies to your work related industry
3. Once u found the list then select u job title and something similiar which matches u job and then scroll down the list (PDF) and see the required rate.
4. U application will be refused if u job is not getting paid according to the lsit even u score all the points plus u have a valid COS.

once we get the hourly rate.. how do we match against a permanent employer.. who is paid monthly...
i mean do we need to mutliply the hourly x8 for 1day and x 30 per month??

can u explain a bit to clear things.. thanks buddy

1. U need to go by the list as it depends on the job
2. Some jobs are paid as a salary and other as per hour.
3. HO wud only accept 48 Hours per week and even if the applicant is working more than 48 hours than the HO will work out wages by 48 hours and not more than that.
4. 48 hours rule is very tricky (Stupid HO) as just say for example if an applicant earning £25,000 per year, working 60 hours per week, must work out his/her equivalent earnings for a 48-hour week. In this example, this would be £25,000 x (48 / 60) = £20,000.
5. So an applicant needs to very careful that if he gets for example £28000 per year but he has to work 60 hours then he wud only get points upto 48 hours and it will reduce the prospective earnings significantly cuz of 48 hours rule.

They have stated minimum wages after deduction of accomodation and mills.. If i will be paid seperately for accomodation, what I will do with my 20 thou money ?
