Help in Filling Section 6 of Application Form

Hi ,

I have a small query, my husband is applying for extension from HSMP-Tier1 along with 2 dependants,my query is

In Main Applicant's section 6 i.e, Summary Sheet, Should we furnish Individual Applicant's Documents list or all the documents list( Mian Applicant and Dependant's list together) coz PBS dependant forms are sent along with this main application

Eg :

A.Type of document#
Passports 1 / 3 (i.e, 1 Passport or 3 Passports here)

Marriage Certificate ( As my husband is also sudmitting my application form along with the main application,Shall we write 1 or none in the main application)

Birth Certificate (1 or leave blank as one more PBS dependant form for my daughter is being filed at the same time)

what i did during my application with my 2dependents is:

filled in the forms separately as per the docs required..

in case of marriage certificate only dependent spouse requires it so filled in her application
1passport
1marriage certificate
maintenance funds please check main applicants evidence

in case of birth certificate my child requires for her application so filled i there..
1passport
1 birth certificate
maintenance funds please check main applicants evidence

idea behind this is in case my or any of the dependents visa gets rejected it will be with HO n others or sent back in that case the case worker needs to know what docs came with it n required to stay..

First of all I thank you for your sparkling response.

So you mean to say that you have filled in the forms the following way, if I am correct

Main Applicant

Passport 1
Marriage Certificate Blank
Birth certificate Blank

Spouse Application

Passport 1
Marriage Certificate 1
Birth Certificate blank

Child Application

Passport 1
Marriage Certificate Blank
Birth Certificate 1

Yes i did in that way..
n hope u understood my reason doing soo; to be ready for worst case scenerio..

But i advice you to wait for more views from seniors over here..
