General Grounds of Refusal- AR Successfull- Got Visa

Hello All,

My Tier1 was refused on General grounds of refusal, i applied AR and after long wait i got positive decision and visa stamped.
Here are the dates of whole journey.

Tier 1 Applied date: 06-03-09
Application refused: 18-03-09
Refusal letter Recieved: 26-03-09
AR requested date: 15-04-09
Decision letter arrived(over turned decision) -04-08-09
Passport submitted: 06-08-09
Passport recieved with visa: 13-08-09

Visa valid from 11-08-09

Thanks to all who helped.

Some obervations:
1) First of all, one should take utmost care while submitting the forms in regards to funds maintanance, bank statements, previous travel history etc..
2) i can say ECOs are programmed devices, if you neglect or overlook or unknowingly done tiny mistakes also could cause rejection of your visa.
3) Response to all mails was satifsfactory, i got to know the status each month.
4) No need to worry of documents, i got all my docs including proofs submitted in AR infact with envelope covers as well.
5) Phoning is also good, most of the times i got response.

For each process that they follow there is a rationale behind that. So, as long as we are in right path things turn good.
