do we need to get the singnatur of the witness on the english translated nikah nama.

No you don't , you just write the names of the witnesses etc to the marriage in the appropiate places on the form

Hi

There is a specific form available fro local courts for translation.

There would charge you a little fee and rest they will do.

No need for signatures.
