ILR query

Hi folks,

I am due to apply for ILR this Oct. My current status is Tier 1, and I would be in the UK on WP+HSMP+Tier1 for 5 years.

My daughter was born in April this year and I have now received a Pakistani passport for her. Do I need to obtain Tier 1 dependent visa for her before she can get ILR with me in Oct? I would rather not pay two visa fees!

If your daughter was born in the UK, then see also need for a dependent visa?
