I am going to apply next month below is the time period

1/oct/2008 to 1/sep/2009

Do i need to send my October to August pay slips?

If you are using earnings of these months for your salary, then yes. Obviously without which how you gonna prove your earning. You can also send employer letter if you do not have payslips.

If i send October to August payslips it gona be 11 months.

I think i need to send 1/September/2008 to 31/August/2009 ?

Use any 12 or less month's (consecutive months) Salary slips for the last 15 months and you should be fine- as long as your earnings for those months get you the points claimed.

Not really. Any 12 or less consecutive month's pay slips from June 2008 to Aug 2009 (i.e. last 15 months)

I think you missed the point here. My reply was not generalised but in response to his specific query. What you stated seemed incorrect (or atleast the way you presented it was) i.e.

u need to send payslips from/of Sep 2008 to Aug 2009 to apply in Sep 2009..

He is not required to send Sep 2008 to Aug 2009 payslips. He is free to chose any 12 consecutive months (or less) from the last 15 months from the date of application. Hope it clarifies things.

YES, he needs to send payslips from/of Sep 2008 to Aug 2009 to apply in Sep 2009.. because he wants to use all the available 12months not 11months..

Yes I need to send all 12 months payslips in order to get my earning points, thats why I asked above question.

Sorry mate you are not getting it. Its not about 12 months its about your insistance on 1st Sept - 31st Aug period!!. It is not necessary for OP to send salary slips for this period. What I have been trying to highlight is - he has complete freedom to use any 12 months in the last 15 months. In his post he seems worried by the fact that there will be only 11 payslips and not 12. Note, till his last email he did not clarify that he needed 12 month's earnings.At the same time he does not state that he can not go back to June 2008 :

If he meets sufficient points from any 12 consecutive months he does not need to provide August Pay slip even if he applies in Sep 2009!!
