Unlimited Leave to Remain advice required

Post by Katamatin2321 » Wed Aug 26, 2009 5:34 pm

I have a question and would be grateful if someone can shade some light.

I was granted work permit - re employment document on 1 September 2004.

But when I submitted in October, it was rejected on the ground I did not have leave to remain at that time. However, I appealed and my work permit was granted and the stamp starts from March 2005.

Can I apply for my PR now based on the date from September?

Thanks

If it starts March 2005 then your five years will be next march. They will rely on the stamped passport, always.
