Accomodation proof for visitor (parents) visa - UK

I am in the process of applying for visitor's visa for parents. Do I need to enclose proof of their accomodation arrangments as well?

Of course....? You have to let them know where your parents will be staying!

YES, if you've offered to accomodate them!
NO, if they can prove alternative arrangements (ie. hotel bookings) upon visa application at the BHC.
