Hi Guys

I have a HSMP visa, Its valid from 1/04/2009 till 31/03/2012.

I was their is UK for about 40days. I returned back in first week of June. Since, I had some problems here in India. Now I am not able to travel back to UK. As, my presonal problems are not settled yet.

How long can I stay in india, without entering UK??
Will my visa get expired or some thing?? If I wont travel to UK within early next year.

Please update me with the details.

Your VISA will remain validtill the date it says so. You might face problems when it comes to appying for ILR/PR (as the case may be).
