plz what are requirements for an illegal person living in eu countries without visa,he has just copy of his national non eu country passport.is it possible to get marriage.

Well I think ...I said I THINK some certain EU country allows partners to get married without asking for visa or residence status. Dont worry...your main HUGE problem lies after when you wanna apply for residence..lol

Maybe someone who knows of any EU country will reply you, I cant remember if they asked me in Romania.
