company formation in EU (bulgaria) ? R the immigration rules

My Question is simple i want to do company formation in bulgaria but cannot find any help regarding immigration rules for a non EU national if he setup a company in bulgaria will he get visa to start work in bulgaria.
any help will be appriciated.

First, are you currently in Bulgaria or you intend to go there to start-up a company ?

If it is still actual for you then you can check for info http://www.world-offshore.com/ they provide schengen visa and also company formation.
