Dear all members, I am new in this site, I have send application for PSW in 20 march 2009 and still I did not receive any news meanwhile my student visa was expiring on 25 July so I have send my application for student visa on 24 July with coving letter but today I have received back all documents (mostly papers ware copies) of my student visa application due to without signature on cheque for fee payment, Now I am confuse to send it back again because I have different opinion of my friends.

Question is.

Can I send my student application in this satiation even I am waiting for PSW. I really do not know what people do in this satiation. I am thinking if decision will not come in my favour then what can I do because still I could not complete my degree. I have sent my first application. 1. R u saying that u did not complete u degree and applied for PSW.
2. If u did that then PSW will be refused without any doubts as u have not completed u degree for PSW.
3. If thats the case then resend all the documents bak to HO for student visa extension but u leave has expired but sometimes i have seen visa being granted in these cases as long as the application does not go iver 10 days.
4. In u case u did the application on time but had a problem with the fee.
5. If my points (1 and 2) apply then u only chance is to reapply for student visa immediately and do not pass the 10 days time as HO is aware of that u did apply on time but had a payment problem so discretion shud be used in u case.

Your confusion would be obvious to HO and it would regard yr 2nd application as irrelivant or not applicablel at the time !.

However, processg fees are deducted b4 yr applctn is pass-on for processg and it is non-refundable!

Now, just concentrate yr energy/follow ups on the PSW. (as that is complete with d passprt)
