Post by jude » Tue Sep 01, 2009 11:32 pm

Just to inform all of you that, A friend of mine student visa was about to expire in 1 months . He apply for COA with his EEA partner working in the uk and due to the fact that , the COA did not come in time he decided to sent EEA1 AND EEA2 to HO and explained to them that he has sent his documents to COA and sent it photo copy inorder for him not to become overstayer. After gotting the COA and got marry he then sent it to HO and to his suprise after 2 months 3 days he got his 5 years stay today .
So is better to apply for EEA while you COA is with them inorder not to be overstayer. Can update you more if you want
