Naturalisation Tax Reference query

I have a friend who has been working in Company A for four years on permanent basis. He later got another job 2 months ago with Company B which is nearer to his home (permanent as well) but he changed his job with Company A from Permanet to part-time and works there only 2 weekends/month.

He is to apply for Naturalisation, please which Company tax reference should he fill in the form? Is it that of Company A -4 years permanent, now part-time or Company B - 2months permanent)

He's still working at both Companies

write both on the form with a little note saying he is employed to two companies.
