Working through personal limited company
Not issued payslips, how can I use Dividend vouchers?
In the dividend will there be only Net Amount? If yes how and where will I show Tax or deductions?

I have seen a sample from another forum for a dividend but from 2005 post please let me know if its valid.


DATE OF DIVIDEND = the date you're declaring the dividend, usually today
YEAR ENDING = Your company year end date
Dividend Number = 1 for the first divi of the year, 2 for the 2nd and so on.
Enter Total Amount of Div = The total amount of cash you're removing from the company back account.
Signatory for Certificates = Usually your name

Speak to your accountant and he will sort this out for you.
