Help Needed In Filling Tier 1 Application Form : SECTION 6

Hi all,

I have few queries filling the Tier1(General) Application form:
SECTION 6

A. Type of document How many? B. Listed items How many?

Passports, Identity Card for Foreign
Nationals and/or travel documents
Police registration certificates
Marriage or civil partnership certificate
Birth certificate
Driving Licence

Points Scoring Area : Points Claimed : Documents Provided (please list)

In 'B' Listed Items How Many question,

Do I need to list the Documents list provided in the points scoring area + other documents that are not covered in the list

or

only other documents that are not covered in the Points scoring area.

Hi Kasvi,

You must provide the list of all documents provided in the points scoring area + other documents that are not covered in the list

This is important for the case worker to make sure that they have received the applicant’s documents and to keep a record of them.

and to add to the previous question do I need to take one more print out of the section - 6 if it does not cover all documents in one sheet ,and attach

yes , you are correct. It is stated in Section 6 of the application form that:
"Continue on a separate sheet if necessary."
