FLR(IED)

Post by zimbo_100 » Mon Jun 20, 2005 2:11 pm

Hi,

I am currently in UK on a working holidaymaker visa, due to expire July 2006. I recently got HSMP approval, so have to submit FLR(IED) form.

My question is, how long do I have to submit this form???

Any help appreciated!

Check your HSMP approval letter. It says that you need to apply within six months if you are an in country applicant. The time starts from the date written on your approval letter.

Within 6 months of the date of approval and before your current leave to remain expires.

Thanks everyone for the replys - just one last question... does the leave to remain then begin from the date the application is approved, or from the date of HSMP approval???

Thanks!
