EC Outside UK when Appeal is successful-Tier1 General Extn

HI All,

Need your help on this. I had attended appeal for my Tier1 General Extn visa which was successful and received the decision letter.I need to urgently fly out of country, can i apply from India for Entry Clearance with the decision letter since my appeal was allowed.Is this valid?

Kindly advice.
