EEA 4 Please need opinion

Hi!
I would be greatfull if someone can tell me if they been in the same situation ,Ihave applayed for a ILR after 5yrs residency in UK as A spouse of EEA national and my application was send back in a week ,for not having all the documents ,the HO wants to know what i ve been doing those 5yrs (my husbend has a very good job and he has been employed with the same company for the last 5yrs so the HO have his P60 for the 5 yrs time)And I ve only workt part time but just start at to pay tax the last 5months ,Do you think this will be a problem ?
