Tier2 Dependant Accomodation Proof

I am on a Tier2 General visa. I want to apply for dependant visa for my wife from Pakistan. I want to know what type of accommodation is required. Is a double room enough or Do i need to get a flat?

1. As long as u can provide that there is enough room available for dependents (flat or house as long as there is enough room)
