Hi anyone tried calling HO

bad news,
when i try to ring home office on 08706067766 all it says that all our agents are busy,please call back later,than disconnects the call.Seems HO is not intrested in letting anyone get in touch with dem.

Please ring between the following times.
9:25a.m- 10a.m
3:10p.m- 3:30p.m.

You will be able to speak to them.Do not know why.

Phonelines to call centres disconnect when the demand is too high. Better to end the call rather than keep people on hold for ages perhaps. Try different times.

Hi I called HO when they took 5 wks processing time, they said there is no information on the system but ring again in 6wks time so we'll have some information.

Is it true?? I doubt it. If I will call after 6wks, they will ask if it is not 14wks yet, then we are unable to provide you some information. They try to avoid!!!! :evil:
