Tier 4 strudent visa - submission without IELTS marks

I got admission to PHD in mech engg with full funding and i got ATAS cleance..my course will start 1st oct
On 22nd planning to submit visa... But i have one pb..I dont have IELTS score (i am planning to write it on 8th oct)..Also in my visa letter it said only bachelor and master degree.. so it is ok to submit directly visa and letter from my bachelor and master degree college saying my education was in english only....

This is upto your college to check your English ability and should write in visa letter.Otherwise no need for it.

Just provide documents listed in your visa letter and you would be fine.

If you have college letters that your education was in English then fine otherwise no need for it.

I believe no need for IELTS.
