confusion with application

I have two queries.Kindly answer them as soon as possible since I am posting my application tomorrow.

Does identity card for foreign nationals (ICFN)apply to me -I am an Indian national.

secondly on section 3 ,PAGE 30 ,question C)IS THE APPLICANT CURRENTLY IN THE UK UNDER : AND IF THE ANSWER IS HSMP -IT SAYS go to SECTION 3C-SECTION 3 C STARTS ON PAGE 46 .

On page 46 ,if we tick claiming points for UK experience it says go to section V which is on page 54 and the same page is repeated on Page 53.

What about from page 47 onwards which is relevant to those extending HSMP under tier-1.

Since you are in UK on HSMP, you are not required to have the ICFN.

Ignore Page 46. Section 3C starts from 47, so you have to tick for the answer of Page 54.

I am showing my maintenance funds which are in my Cash ISA(individual savings account) .Its a Cash ISA and not a share ISA.I am showing from 24/06/09 to 24/09/09.Will that be fine.
