HSMP holder applying HSMP for Wife

Hello all,

I am already a HSMP holder and due to the requirement from wife's employer , we are planning to apply HSMP for her as well. Since, in my case, I had supplied all the academic certificates, is it possible to just mentioned that refer old application for certificates?

please help.

I Don't think so dear. You'll have to supply everythign a fresh and in original as its going to be all to gather a new/fresh applciation for her. Please don't take any chance.

Why does the employer require your spouse to have HSMP status? Your spouse is already eligible to work in the UK without such as your dependent. Are they aware of this?
