how to apply for a new born

Dear All
As you might have noticed, I have been thru a tiring process of EC and now have EC for my family and self.
Now, as some of you might have remembered one of my earlier post that my wife is pregnant. She is in her last week of pregnancy and we could have our baby anytime. So she cannot and me as well go now. We have to wait for the new coming.
My question is what would be the process of applying for new baby. Should we need all those bank statements /sponsorship letter etc or only a new application of the baby with photocopies of our passport suffice.
