HSMP Dependent visa refused

Post by marchmirchi » Wed Sep 30, 2009 11:36 am

Hi all,

This is regarding my new HSMP application. I already got EC refused as HSMP dependent, at that time my wife was the main HSMP applicant. She was misguided by one consultant and produced false document while applying her HSMP approval. And she got HSMP approval on November 2007. At that time of applying HSMP approval we are not married. We got married in January 2008. In February 2008 we together applied for entry clearance. She got refused due to false document. Obviously mine also got refused.

Now I have all the necessary points to apply for HSMP under tier-1 general. Here my question is how far my previous refusal as HSMP dependent will effect this new application as a main applicant.

Expecting your valuable comments and suggestions

Thanks in advance

what kind of false documents are you talking about? May be it could help devise a solution or to clearify your situation for EC

He is saying that they produced false document. They knew it was false. And ECO found that one false too. I am sorry but I think they should wait for 10 years from that refusal date, to apply for ANY KIND OF VISA to UK.

Yes, whatever FALSE document they have provided, will remain FALSE. From their post it appears that they had accepted that it was false, so there is nothing much they can do about it.
