Hi Everybody
One of my frind is holding 4EUFAM stemp.He got him stemp in June 2007 and before that he was on stamp2 for 4 years.Reently he lost his job because his company closed town.His wife still working full time.Just wante to know that can he apply for SOCIAL or any UNEMPLOYMENT Allounce.As he was working in Ireland for more then 7 yeras and was working full time from last nearl 4 years.
And if he is eleigable for any benefit, Wil it effect on his Naturalasition when he is going to apply for Naturlasition after 5 yeras.
Pls reply me if somebody have some informaton or personal experience.

Yes, he is entitled to Jobseeker's Benefit, just as an Irish citizen would be.

There have been reports that claiming Jobseeker's Benefit (or Allowance) may affect a naturalisation application, but there have also been reports that it does not.
