How to fill new Tier1 general form

Hi,

My HSMP is going to expired in Jan 2010 and I am in process of its extenstion. Here I am talking about Tier1 general form version 10/09.
I have few following doubts in Section D (Immigration History).

In brief, I came to UK in 2007 under work permit sponsered by my company. Then while in UK i applied for HSMP and got it in Jan 2008.

My question is what should i fill in section D1.

D1. Did the applicant obtain entry clearance or a visa before entering the UK? (yes or no)

I guess it should be NO as in this question visa is refered to my HSMP.

Please help.

It's "Yes".

You need to mention details of EC(WP) obtained while your entry in UK.

You obtained EC to enter in UK it's WP in your case, HSMP for others, or may be some allowed category.

One silly question.. Do i need to mention my work permit number in the form of Visa reference number.

Could you tell me where can i find my visa number in VISA stamp in my passport.

Under previous HO reference number heading you need mention WP ref or/and HSMP ref.

Visa no is on top-rifht hand side of your EC, usually written in red.
