VISA TIER 1 (GENERAL) :No employment as a doctor in training

My wife (dentist from India) was recently granted a TIER 1 (GENERAL) PARTNER VISA. It had "No employment as a doctor in training" stamped.

Does this exclude dentistry. Specifically can she sit Overseas Registration Examination (ORE) of the General Dental Council with this visa? Or apply for temporary registration.

If not how does she switch categories to the appropriate visa?
