Applying next week, some last queries

Post by tcpip_helper » Sun Oct 11, 2009 10:04 pm

Hello All,

seniors your small input will give me huge confidence even a small yes will make me feel like drinking 100 Redbull in one go.

B9: Marital Staus:
I am married but my wife is not applying with me so do I still need to attach my marrige certificate? If yes then I dont have my marrige certificate with me so if i dont attach it would it be a problem?

B10: home office reference number?
B13: Points based system migrant reference number?

on my previous PSW approval letter from UKBA, there is a line that says
Our Ref: PBxxxxxxxxxx, is that number belong to B10 or B13?

B20: work telephone number
i work for two employers so which employer's number should i put, or should i put both numbers, another confusion is, is that my direct line in the office or is it the main office contact number?

Payslips on plain paper: (very imp all seniors plz plz ans)
one of my employer gives me a proper payslip which includes all the details like my gross and net salary, tax code, pay date, NI No etc etc but the only hiccup is that its printed on plain white paper and not on standard payslip stationary, my employer has stamped it and signed on my payslips, will they be accepted?

For additional security my employer has also given me a letter confirming my gross and net salary, here are the contents of my letter please check and advice

my wife will be applying soon for her dependent visa from overseas, and the VAC(visa application centre) requires us to submit a set of photocopies of all original documents. since i work in a solicitor company one of the solicitor in my company kindly certified all the photocopies for me, now my question is does it matter if you use your own company solicitor to certify your own documents?

thanks to all

NO

B10: home office reference number? It should be on your initial wp or HSMP document. If you have stamp on your passport you can use top right corner no.of your stamp page. You can also leave it blank.
B13: Points based system migrant reference number? Presume you are applying first time for Tier-1, leave it blank or N/A.

on my previous PSW approval letter from UKBA, there is a line that says
Our Ref: PBxxxxxxxxxx, is that number belong to B10 or B13?

B20: work telephone number
i work for two employers so which employer's number should i put, or should i put both numbers, another confusion is, is that my direct line in the office or is it the main office contact number?Put the no. where you can be reach if required.

If you are still worried about it, get a letter from employer on its letterhead which compliments payslips.

For additional security my employer has also given me a letter confirming my gross and net salary, here are the contents of my letter please check and advice Letter looks fine to me. Stamped+Signed payslips and employer letter would be sufficient along with your bank statement.
