List looks ok to me, for your earnings proof if its easily possible you can get a letter from your employer to confirm your gross and net earnings for the period you are earning, it'll solidify your case.

@nabeel..

If the payslips and bank statements are 1. Net salary Matching exactly and 2. both are ORIGINAL docs.. then dont worry much..

letter from employer is only required when payslips are not original or when there is some mismatch to be explained n clarified..

@ekta.. ur application n docs looks fine.. u r good to go..

You can highlight the salary entered date in the bank statements.

You can also highlight the lowest level of funds in the last three months which should be above the maintenance funds ammount.

This just makes it easy for the case worker.

Your list is absolutely fine and crystal clear.

Hope the photographs are taken recently within a month.

ALL THE BEST.

Does the Points based calc award your Masters degree points both for qualification AND English?

Application forms

Post by krishna1215 » Mon Oct 12, 2009 8:05 pm

I am not sure about the application forms required to change from work permit to tier 1 migrant.

if its a fresh application for tier 1 migrant visa then we need both these documents

The application forms VAF9 and Appendix 1 with all mandatory sections completed;

You doc list is ok , and me too have provided same docs but I have used my friend CC for payment. Which debit card have u used visa/master?

As in form it is clearly mentioned that they dont accept all Debit card so we should avoid using debit card.

But going through forum we can find many people were able to make payments even with visa debit.

Good luck
