Maintaince funds Lumpsump Lodgement

Post by krishna1215 » Mon Oct 12, 2009 4:01 pm

Hi All,
One of my friend has all the qualifications to apply for Tier 1 except Maintaince funds. As it was all of a sudden, he decided to borrow funds and make a lumpsump lodgement of 3000 pounds (equivalent Indian Rupees). Would they consider that amount if he applies after 3 months from today.

It should not be a problem if he/she will be able to provide

- personal bank statements for the last three months before the application date where the balance have always been over the threshold amount (check all conditions from the guidance)

and/or

- a letter from the bank complying with the requirements in the guidance

Well, also pray the rules do not change in three months. :)

Cheers...
