FLR tier 1 Vs Tier 1 General: which one for me??

FLR tier 1 Vs Tier 1 General: which one for me??

Hi Gurus, I am Very confused: Pls help..
I got my letter of approval for immigration act 1971 - HSMP application against the qualifying criteria from 5th december 2006: on the 04th October 2007. I then applied in India to get the Visa and finally got the HSMP issued November 15 2007. Which form is relevant for me?
Tier 1 general or FLR tier 1?? Please let me know..

It would be Tier1 (General) version 10/09
I think you are in UK and wish to extend your stay.
If you have dependant then pbs dependant version 10/09.
