I wish to Thank all the senior members for support extended in helping me apply for Tier 1 G for me and my dependent......

Applied on 10 October
Fee deducted on 13 October

Main applicant
> Cover letter
> Main applicants form
> Passport (AGE)
> 2 recent photographs ( recent once attached in the form)
> Salary slips for 12 months (Sep 08-Oct 09)
> Bank Statement - 12 months ( Same for Salary and maintenence funds for me and dependent)
> PBS Assesmment Summary
> Qualification document( Provided with intial HSMP Application)
> English language (provided with intial HSMP application)
Dependent
>Cover letter
>PBS dependent form
>Marriage certificate
>passport
>Photograph ( attached in the main applicants form)
> Bank statements ( Same as main applicant)

Please review and suggest if you think I have missed smthng.
I am claiming points for Age, Qualification, Earnings.

Applied through Royal Mail special delivery. Included the self addressed envolope.

I am paying the fee by Lloyds TSB debit card.

Now you should expect a positive response in 4-6 weeks.

Have you included self addressed envelope. i didn't do it and i am worried about looming postal strike. i haven't received the reference number yet, once i receive it i will probably ask for courier pickup.
