Dependants APPLICANT - Independent post study work visa

Post by cooltoy » Thu Oct 15, 2009 9:35 am

Hey Y'all,

I please have a question, I am about to apply for a Tier 1 general visa as well as my wife and child. My wife and I are both currently on a post study work visa which we both obtained independently. My daugher is under my post study work visa as a dependant.

Can my wife and child both switch to the Tier 1 dependant scheme as dependants of a Tier 1 migrant?

I f not how do I go about it

Your daughter can apply as your dependent, because she has UK visa as your dependent, but your Mrs., as she is not in UK as your dependent, will go back to home country, to apply for any Points based dependent visa category, including Tier 1.
