Time limit to file paid appeal

Hi, is there any time limit to apply for paid appeal. My application was refused in late November last year but than I lost interest so did not file appeal. Now I am interested in filing appeal but not sure it would still be valid or not.

You have 28 days to appeal after a decision is made.

For paid review no time limit.
For unpaid there is a time limit of 28 days
